What we store
Name, email, mobile number, organisation/workshop, employee ID, encrypted password, login time, IP address and device/browser details, the tests and panel checks you record (with supervisor details you type), and admin activity logs.
Why
To run your account, keep your test records, produce reports, protect the content and prevent misuse. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. It is visible to the administrator and, for test data, to those the administrator has authorised (for example the Shop Floor view).
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. LocoDawn does not see or store your card, UPI or bank details; we keep only your name, email, phone, the amount and the Razorpay payment reference. In the Android app, an individual subscription is bought through Google Play; Google handles the payment, and we keep only the purchase token and the subscription end date.
Your choices
You can update your profile and change your password in Profile. To correct your data, write to us using the details on the Contact page. To delete your account and data, use Delete my account in Profile or see how to delete your account; we remove it within 30 days.
