No Institutional Endorsement or Compulsion
LocoDawn ("the Platform") is a product offered by AELSLIS Private Limited ("the Company") for individual, voluntary purchase and use by railway engineering personnel, and by employees of original equipment manufacturers and allied vendor organisations engaged in locomotive propulsion and auxiliary systems (including but not limited to ALSTOM, MEDHA, CGL, BHEL, ABB, and SIEMENS, or their successors, licensees, and authorised service partners), and other end-users. The Platform is not procured, endorsed, sponsored, or authorised by Indian Railways, any zonal railway, any railway division, or any railway authority or official, nor by any OEM/vendor company named or referenced herein, in any institutional or official capacity.
Any individual -- whether a serving railway employee, or an employee of ALSTOM, MEDHA, CGL, BHEL, ABB, SIEMENS, or any other OEM/vendor organisation, or any other person -- who subscribes to or purchases access to the Platform does so entirely at their own discretion, in their personal capacity, and for their own professional convenience. No railway official, no department of Indian Railways, no OEM/vendor company or its management, and no director, officer, or representative of AELSLIS Private Limited has directed, mandated, coerced, or organisationally arranged for any employee to purchase or use this Platform. There exists no employer-employee procurement relationship, agency relationship, or official sanction between the Company and Indian Railways, or between the Company and any OEM/vendor organisation, in connection with this Platform.
Evidence of Genuine Field-Level Demand
The Company's underlying technology (Logic Box & Logic Box cum Loop Box systems) was independently trialed at Dankuni Loco Works, CLW (referred to as ELAAU/CLW, Dankuni in trial-period documents), with a Final Trial Report dated 27.08.2025 confirming successful testing across 44 tests spanning 22 locomotives (ALSTOM, MEDHA, SIEMENS/ABB/CGL/BHEL, and auxiliary systems) and recommending the technology for wider adoption.
Thereafter, permanent adoption of the technology was requested voluntarily, in writing, by 47 supervisors and staff members of the Testing Section, Dankuni Loco Works, CLW, via a Joint Request letter dated 09.09.2025 addressed to the Principal Chief Electrical Engineer. This unsolicited, staff-originated request -- signed by 11 SSE/E-grade supervisors and 36 Sr.TECH/TECH/W.A-grade staff -- demonstrates that demand for the Company's technology arises organically from ground-level field personnel, independent of any institutional directive or official procurement mandate.
Use of the Platform by any individual does not constitute, imply, or create any obligation on Indian Railways or any of its officials, nor on any OEM/vendor organisation named herein or its officials, nor does it represent any official endorsement -- by Indian Railways or by any such OEM/vendor company -- of the Company, its products, or its proprietary technology (Patent Application No. 202531019954). The Company disclaims all responsibility for how any individual chooses to use the Platform outside the scope of these Terms.
By subscribing, the user confirms that their purchase is a personal, voluntary transaction made independently of any official duty, directive, or instruction from any railway authority or OEM/vendor company.

LocoDawn ("प्लेटफॉर्म") AELSLIS Private Limited ("कंपनी") द्वारा दिया जाने वाला एक उत्पाद है, जिसे रेलवे कर्मचारी, तथा लोकोमोटिव प्रोपल्शन एवं सहायक सिस्टम से जुड़े OEM (मूल उपकरण निर्माता) और वेंडर कंपनियों में काम करने वाले कर्मचारी -- जैसे ALSTOM, MEDHA, CGL, BHEL, ABB, SIEMENS, या उनके उत्तराधिकारी/लाइसेंसधारी/अधिकृत सर्विस पार्टनर -- के कर्मचारी, तथा अन्य उपयोगकर्ता अपनी व्यक्तिगत इच्छा से खरीद सकते हैं। यह प्लेटफॉर्म भारतीय रेलवे, किसी भी ज़ोनल रेलवे, डिवीज़न, या किसी रेलवे अधिकारी द्वारा, अथवा यहाँ उल्लेखित किसी भी OEM/वेंडर कंपनी द्वारा -- न तो खरीदा जाता है, न प्रायोजित है, न ही किसी आधिकारिक हैसियत से समर्थित है।
जो भी व्यक्ति -- चाहे वह सेवारत रेलवे कर्मचारी हो, या ALSTOM, MEDHA, CGL, BHEL, ABB, SIEMENS अथवा किसी अन्य OEM/वेंडर कंपनी का कर्मचारी हो, या कोई अन्य व्यक्ति हो -- इस प्लेटफॉर्म को खरीदता या इस्तेमाल करता है, वह पूरी तरह अपनी मर्ज़ी से, अपनी व्यक्तिगत हैसियत में, अपनी व्यावसायिक सुविधा के लिए करता है। कोई भी रेलवे अधिकारी, भारतीय रेलवे का कोई विभाग, कोई भी OEM/वेंडर कंपनी या उसका प्रबंधन, या AELSLIS Private Limited का कोई डायरेक्टर/अधिकारी/प्रतिनिधि -- किसी भी कर्मचारी को यह प्लेटफॉर्म खरीदने या इस्तेमाल करने के लिए न निर्देश देता है, न मजबूर करता है, न ही संगठनात्मक रूप से व्यवस्था करता है।
वास्तविक ज़मीनी माँग का प्रमाण
कंपनी की तकनीक (Logic Box और Logic Box cum Loop Box सिस्टम) का स्वतंत्र ट्रायल Dankuni Loco Works, CLW (ट्रायल-अवधि के दस्तावेज़ों में ELAAU/CLW, डानकुनी कहा गया) में हुआ था। अंतिम ट्रायल रिपोर्ट (दिनांक 27.08.2025) के अनुसार 22 लोकोमोटिव्स पर किए गए 44 परीक्षणों (ALSTOM, MEDHA, SIEMENS/ABB/CGL/BHEL, तथा सहायक सिस्टम) पर सफल परीक्षण हुआ और तकनीक को व्यापक रूप से अपनाने की सिफारिश की गई।
इसके बाद टेस्टिंग सेक्शन, Dankuni Loco Works, CLW के 47 सुपरवाइज़र और स्टाफ सदस्यों (11 SSE/E-स्तर के सुपरवाइज़र और 36 Sr.TECH/TECH/W.A-स्तर के स्टाफ) ने स्वेच्छा से, लिखित रूप में, इसकी स्थायी खरीद हेतु अनुरोध किया -- संयुक्त अनुरोध पत्र दिनांक 09.09.2025, प्रधान मुख्य विद्युत इंजीनियर को संबोधित। यह स्टाफ द्वारा स्वयं शुरू किया गया अनुरोध साबित करता है कि कंपनी की तकनीक की माँग ज़मीनी स्तर के कर्मचारियों से स्वाभाविक रूप से उठती है।
किसी भी व्यक्ति द्वारा प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग भारतीय रेलवे या उसके किसी अधिकारी पर, अथवा यहाँ उल्लेखित किसी भी OEM/वेंडर कंपनी या उसके अधिकारियों पर, कोई दायित्व नहीं बनाता, और न ही यह -- भारतीय रेलवे द्वारा या किसी एसी OEM/वेंडर कंपनी द्वारा -- कंपनी, उसके उत्पादों, या उसकी स्वामित्व वाली तकनीक (पेटेंट आवेदन संख्या 202531019954) का कोई आधिकारिक समर्थन दर्शाता है।
सदस्यता लेकर, उपयोगकर्ता पुष्टि करता है कि उसकी खरीद एक व्यक्तिगत, स्वैच्छिक लेन-देन है, जो किसी भी रेलवे प्राधिकरण के आधिकारिक कर्त्य, निर्देश, या आदेश से पूर्णतः स्वतंत्र है।
