Free month
A new account gets one month of free access. Nothing is charged during the free month.
Cancellation
You can stop at any time; there is no lock-in. There is no automatic charge without your confirmation — each month is paid only when you choose to pay.
Prices
The monthly price is shown on the Pricing page and is charged with 18% GST added.
Refunds
A subscription month that has been paid and activated is not refundable, because access starts immediately.
If you are charged by mistake, charged twice for the same month, or money is deducted and your payment fails, write to us using the Contact page and the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Failed payments are also returned automatically by the payment gateway, usually within 5–7 working days.
