Delete your LocoDawn account
LocoDawn is run by AELSLIS Private Limited. You can ask us to delete your account and the data linked to it at any time.
In the app or on the website
- Log in to LocoDawn.
- Open Profile (your name at the top of the home screen).
- Scroll to Delete my account, enter your password and press Request account deletion.
If you cannot log in
Write to us from the Contact page with the e-mail address of your account. We will confirm the request with you before we act on it.

What is deleted: your profile (name, e-mail, mobile number, workplace, employee reference), your login sessions and the checking sessions and results saved under your account. When: within 30 days of the request. Some records may be kept longer only where the law requires it.
